Hello! My name is Megan Arreola and I am so excited to be your child’s Kindergarten teacher this year! Swallow School is a great place for your child to be learning and growing. I am thrilled to help your child begin their educational career and to watch them thrive in the years to come.

I was born in Waukesha and currently reside in Delafield. I completed my undergraduate degree at UW- Milwaukee, where I majored in Early Childhood Education. During this time, I had many great experiences in Milwaukee Public Schools. After graduating, I took my first job teaching Kindergarten in the School District of Waukesha. It was after my first year there that I found my home here at Swallow. I have taught Kindergarten here at Swallow since 2007 and I have been so blessed to have met so many wonderful children, families, and other amazing teachers! During my journey thus far at Swallow, I have also received a Master’s Degree from Cardinal Stritch in Instructional Technology. In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time with my husband and our children.

I know that this year will be another wonderful school year. I will be in contact with you frequently about your child’s progress - both academic and social. I believe that a child’s parents are his first teachers and with a partnership between school and home we will best be able to meet the needs of your child. I encourage you to contact me with any questions and concerns, and to always keep an open line of communication.

Hello! My name is Jenny Lindee and I am thrilled to be part of the Kindergarten team at Swallow!

I received my undergraduate degree in elementary education from Wisconsin Lutheran College in 2000 with a minor in early childhood. Before coming to Swallow, I taught in the Wauwatosa School District. I'm a part of many professional development experiences, and had the opportunity to work with children of all ages and grade levels.

I love teaching and appreciate all of the special qualities, talents, and strengths each child has to offer. Creating a supportive, safe, and fun classroom environment, full of hands on and rich learning experiences is my goal. I believe that by building strong relationships and working together with parents, teachers, and staff, we can help every child succeed and become a lifelong learner.

I grew up in Hartland and am happy to be part of the community that I grew up in. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and four children. I love camping, reading, gardening and playing the piano.

I will communicate with you throughout the school year, but please feel free to contact me anytime! You are also always welcome to join us as we learn together!
