Congratulations to Ashley Toy, Addison Koper, Parnia Serjooei and Samantha Dennis for reaching the semi-finals of the
Letters About Literature Contest. They were chosen as part of 25 semi-finalists from over 700 applicants across grades 3-12.

Letters About Literature is a reflective writing competition sponsored by the Library of Congress Center for the Book. Students are asked to read a book, poem or speech and write to the author (living or dead) about how the book affected them personally. Letters are judged on state and national levels. Tens of thousands of students from across the country enter Letters About Literature each year.
