The Swallow School District has hired McPherson & Jacobson, LLC to assist with the Superintendent Search process and appointed an Ad Hoc Transition Committee. Current Superintendent Melissa Thompson tendered her resignation in February.

The next step in the process is to engage all stakeholders by gathering input on what skills and dispositions are needed in the ideal candidate on April 24, 2023 at 3:30 p.m. and April 24, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. in-person at Swallow in the library.  

Interested candidates to be the next Superintendent of Swallow can learn more about the District HERE and apply on the McPherson & Jacobson website by May 7.
