The Swallow Student Council will be holding a Blood Drive on November 16 from 8:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. in the school’s Multipurpose Room. Red Cross Workers will be on hand to collect Blood, Power Red and Platelets. This event is open to the public with hopes that more lives can be saved as a result of the day’s donations. Last year’s drive saved 117 lives.
The Red Cross encourages everyone who is planning to donate to schedule an appointment ahead of time.
